The Deal With It® safety training programmes were originally developed by our expert staff working at the time for Site Operations Group (SOG), a department within chemical giant ICI’s Chemicals and Polymers division, based at The Heath Business and Technical Park in Runcorn. SOG later became SOG Ltd, when The Heath site was sold in the year 2000 and staff transferred to the new privately owned and privately funded SME business.

Over the last decade our team has honed the training techniques of the early days into a highly effective programme of engaging workshops that has transformed the world of health and safety training for businesses of all sizes and sectors.
