Personal Testimony: Deal With It® works. While working at Merck I was responsible for improving our safety culture. After a review of numerous behaviour-based programs, DWI was selected as the tool to help drive change. The team at DWI was excellent to work with and helped implement a system within a specific budget. DWI takes you through a process that engages and challenges your employees on how they view safety and the choices we make matter. What was incredible to see was the behavioural/cultural change with our employees.
